As soon as we receive your custom-designed order, we'll start creating your pieces that same day, and ship them out right away!

We offer 2 shipping options:

Standard delivery takes approximately 5-10 days to arrive.
Express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

We also offer FREE standard delivery on orders over $100.

Return Policy

We want you to love our products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for something else of equal value. You can return or exchange a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it or we will not be able to process your request.

How to return an item:

• 1. Please email the following information to [email protected]:
• - Your full name
• - Whether you are returning or exchanging your item
• - Your phone number
• - Your shipping address (if exchanging)
• - Reason for return or exchange
• - Your new product choice (if exchanging)
  
  
• 2. We will reply with a shipping return address. Ship your product in original or similar packaging, along with receipt. 
  
  
• 3. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund you through your original method of payment. You will receive the credit after a certain number of days determined by the card issuer’s policies.
  
  
• 4. If you are exchanging an item, we may call you to confirm your new item choice. At this time we only allow exchanges of equal value. For exchanges at a different rate, a return and a new order will be required.
  
  

Shipping costs: You will be responsible for paying return shipping for exchanges and returns, we will pay the outward shipping of up to one exchange.
